Our Commitment to Gender Parity
Women in XR (WXR) Fund
Women are the largest emerging market in the world, and we know from experience and numerous research studies that gender balance in company and industry leadership is central to improving performance, productivity, and profitability. Yet in the tech space in particular, gender bias still favors male founders, investors, board members, and panelists.
Our General Partners are committed to achieving gender parity in our sector. As part of this commitment, we work closely with the WXR Fund and their initiatives. We also engage in active conversation with organizers each time we participate in panel or industry events to ensure fair and balanced gender representation.
